Snack: Banana
Lunch: Slim fast shake
Dinner: Noodles, Vegetables with Chicken
Dessert: Low fat yogurt

Exercise:Treadmill - 21 minutes
50 Tricep pulls
25 Tricep dips - with dumbells
Abs DVD - Hannah Waterman
