Did you still drink alcohol? I sound like a right boozer but I haven't had any alcohol for a few weeks now, and I don't really fancy it at the moment which is a good thing. I just don't want to be doing this diet for years, because I know I can get the weight down by the end of this year….

I think I had two real blow outs a year sounds terrible hey ? but it worked and well my main bit of weight took nearly 2 years ! but it was worth it .. as I wouldn't of been this size if I had carried on the way I was going ! as I was going the wrong way !

and well I couldn't run around after my kids as was out of breath so needed to do something and giving up the booze was just one thing and was VERY worth it in the end !

I worked out as each time I had a blow out I would put on about 5lbs ! and I was a nightmare ! a real nightmare Sad xx so something had to go - and I can have fun on no booze ! x

Oh I can as well, it's just I have one night out this month with a friend from work to the O2 Arena and then my next night out is in Manchester on the 1st and I know that one will be full of booze. I'm hoping to stick with Vodka and Diet Coke as that doesn't seem to do me much damage, I just have to make sure I exercise it all off the following day. Smile

Today I have managed a 2 hour walk, I'm loving this warm weather and sunshine, I just put my MP3 player on and just walk until my legs get tired Smile

I'm really pleased with myself this past weekend, normally if I have nothing going on then I will just be at home and do no exercise, end up watching movies and just eating loads of junk food. I had no junk food what so ever, and the only bad thing I ate was Cheese and I don't eat that every day. On Saturday I ended up doing an 1 hour and 20 minute walk, then later in the day did 40 minutes of my body blitz workout, and on Sunday I managed a 2 hour walk. This morning I am in pain every second I move lol I guess that’s a good thing, I didn't managed to wake up at 6am to do my body blitz dvd in the end, which means I now have to do it when I get home after my 1 hour walk. Smile I am hoping the Sun makes an appearance as it won't be so bad.

Today? Nope, really thought I would as well Sad I managed a 1 hour and 40 minute walk, by the time I got home my feet were burning, I litrally left work, and walked to Isleworth railway station and back home. I'm gutted I didn't do 40 minutes of my body blitz but I will be doing all Walking this week and see if I lose any weight just doing that. I have to mix it up otherwise I will get bored

Still doing my walking after work, last night did my 1 hour and 40 minute routine Very Happy. Today I will be heading by Kew Bridge for a change of scenery. My back is playing up each morning now though and I don't know if that is due to the walking or my bed. After a few hours its usually okay so I should be alright by the time I head out today.

I had a lovely walk last night, the sun was out and I just put on my music and walked. My usual 1 hour 20 minute walk turned into a 1 hour 40 mintute walk because I was looking at some real posh houses. Ant & Dec live by us, and we saw them once in the pub, the further I walked I knew that it was the street they must live in because of the nice quiet road, the gorgeous mansions, it was amazing. I got so curious to see all the other nice homes, I just kept walking, Swear I saw an Actor walking his dog on the other side of the road, but couldn't figure out what his name was Nbgal's Exercise Routine 2011  - Page 2 Icon_rolleyes

I am upping my exercise routine this week. I will still be walking after work, if the weather is nice but when I get home I am going to try and do my Abs workout on the body blitz dvd, just because I don't want to go too long without doing some of the dvd. The walking will help my legs and waist and so I will use the dvd to tone up my stomach. I just need to make sure I tone up my arms as well now because I hate hate hate hate hate them Sad hoping that I will one day be able to go outside and not have to wear long sleeves.

Well my plan was to do my Abs dvd but as soon as I got home I just couldn't be bothered to move Sad It took me 15 minutes just to get out the door to do my walk as my Mum went on a talking spree :O

Ok so my exercise routine is still my walking. I managed my 1 hour and 40 minute walk yesterday, I am addicted to walking a certain way at the moment because the area is so nice and quiet, there is hardly anyone around where I walk, maybe I pass 2 people at the most and that’s it.
I was meant to start my Abs workout on Monday but yet again I haven't done it. I am really uncomfortable at the moment so will start it next week.
Once I get some exercise clothes I will up my walking to speed walking. I pass joggers sometimes and I just don't have the guts to do that yet….wish I did though, would save me buying another Treadmill Sad

If I had someone with me it wouldn't be that bad. If I get more confident then I will do it but only because there are mostly joggers where I walk and not many other people about so I wouldn't feel like I was being watched. I will only jog as soon as I get to a certain street though lol.

I did my walking again after work, was feeling uncomfortable though, so I really need to get some jogging trousers because I shouldn't be doing it in my Jeans, gets too damn hot Sad

Walking wasn't so uncomfortable yesterday, but I have a feeling it will be today, Jeans are also falling down so I even though I am feeling very fat today at least my Jeans are making me feel better LOL.
I will be glad when work is over just because I am feeling so horrible and ugly lol sounds pathetic I know but this week I have looked in the mirror and hated what I am seeing. I am going to have to make sure that I up my exercise routine next week before my next weigh in as I want a good result.

Im thinking I need to change my exercise routine around a bit. I really need to do some upper body exercises and it's only been one week that I have not done my body blitx dvd so I am thinking I should really really do the abs and upper body exercises today when I finish my walk. I am hoping that I can get off my butt and push myself to do it because it's not that it's hard it's that I can't be arsed lol

My walking annoyed me yesterday, I actually walked faster to get it over and done with. It was too muggy, the Sun wasn't out and insects were flying everywhere. I got even more irritated after my walk.
Today is brighter and I am hoping it will be cooler too.
I didn't do any of my body blitz dvd and I even turned my alarm off this morning again when it woke me up at 6am. I think I am going to give up on the idea of exercising before work, I can barely get myself dressed in the morning let alone jump up and down.

I didn't do my walk yesterday, I did my Cardio, Tone and Cool down on the dvd instead, No idea how long it took me but it wasn't an hour…maybe 30 minutes??? Doing my walk today though
