NBGAL'S EXERCISE ROUTINE 2012
We are two days into the new year and I have managed two days of walking, abs DVD and 50 tricep dips. Looking forward to getting back to work and getting on the treadmill, it's hard to run outside.
1st January 2012 - 3.58 mile walk, 50 tricep dips, abs DVD
2nd January 2012 - 3.89 mile walk, 50 tricep dips, abs DVD
1st January 2012 - 3.58 mile walk, 50 tricep dips, abs DVD

I do the abs section on my body blitz DVD. It works but the first week that you do it will be agony and painful when you sneeze. I've almost been in tears because the pain hurts But after a week or two the pain goes providing that you do the section every day

Just the Body Blitz DVD. There's an abs section at the end and I do part of that. There are certain exercises in the abs section that I can't do because of limited space in my room and because it hurts my back so I just do the first part up until the leg crosses. Once the leg crosses part is over I stop. I did it last year and it worked so I am hoping to keep it up every day, even at weekends.
I was at the gym again yesterday, again hoping that I could manage more then 20 odd minutes but after the treadmill and my tricep dips I had enough, went home, ate dinner and then did my abs DVD. I will build my stamina up first and then spend a bit more time in the gym.
Ideally I want to be in there for about 35-40 minutes after work. Treadmill, bike, skipping, weights and maybe the cross trainer (that hurts my knee so can only manage a couple of minutes) The rowing machine doesn't work the right part of my arms so I am giving up with that one.
Fingers crossed that I can get in the gym again today.

I need to get myself to the gym again today but it's going to be hard. So far this week I have worked out for 5 days so techinically I don't have to go tonight but I will see how I feel.
Got chest pains earlier and I'm now suffering with a headache. If I don't go to the gym I will still make sure I get my abs DVD section done as the pain on my abs is going now.

I did my abs DVD and my tricep dips. Since I went on my 10 mile walk on Saturday I didn't bother with the gym on Friday.

Off to the gym again today. My gym buddy should be joining me today since she started back on her diet this week. At least it will be nice to have someone to chat to whilst I am running rather then just listening to music.
I bought a new skipping rope the other week so going to try and use that this week along with my hula hoop.

It's tiring but burns a lot of calories. Annoyingly my Mum has re-arranged the sitting room again which means there isn't enough room to skip now Bloody typical.
The treadmill was easy yesterday, I've no idea why but I wasn't as knackered as I normally am. I hope it's the same tonight but that TOM is really making me sleepy and heavy

My Mum has changed the room back again now...thank god. This means I can start back with my hula hoop and try some skipping whilst watching TV Treadmill was quite easy again yesterday, was feeling the same as always - didn't want to go and couldn't be bothered but once I got on there I blasted out my music and ran like the wind. Lets hope it continues that way.

This week the treadmill has been a lot easier then last week. I really hope it stays this way because it makes me want to keep getting on the machine then.

Yeah I always jog on the treadmill. I start a 2 minute warm up walk on 3.5 and then when I start jogging I put it up to 5.6

I guess I'm used to it now. Although I have a feeling that this week may be a struggle because I've got no energy at all. I just want to sleep and do nothing. I may start going on the treadmill in the morning and in the evening because I want this weight GONE

Still going to the gym and doing my abs stuff at home. I completely forgot this week to do my hula hoop for 10 minutes when I got home. Must remember to do that tonight.

I'm trying. I want to get back onto the cross trainer again today as that's meant to be good for you. It's tough but if I keep doing it then I can build it up
