This past weekend was full of junk food. Sunday wasn't too bad though and that's only because it was too hot to eat anything.
Here are my notes for today…will update as I go along
Monday
Breakfast: A bit of banana
Mid Morning Snack: apple
Lunch: soup, yoghurt, banana
Dinner: turkey salad
Dessert: none
Drinks: Tea and Water (8 glasses)
Exercise: 45 minutes swimming (13 lengths), ab section on DVD, 50 tricep dips, 10 minutes hula hooping

bad: readybrek, biscuits, jaffa cakes, toasted cheese and ham sandwich

Lunch: baguette, yoghurt, banana
