My high points are always when I lose weight. I guess the first time I lost 8lbs in one week is a pretty big deal, that’s over half a stone in one week, and I think because I had eaten so much rubbish and not exercised at all my body went into complete shock and that’s how I lost so much in one week.
I basically went on my Treadmill 5 times that week and drank loads of water and ate plenty of fruit. Now everytime I lose weight I always see it as a high point because I feel like I am heading in the right direction.
Im usually a little annoyed if I work hard all week and only end up losing 1lb, but then I quickly realise that it's 1lb lighter and not heavier so that’s a good thing.

I am so glad that I am sticking with this after a month, I have not cheated by eating any crappy foods, I have exercised everyday for the past few weeks and feel so much better in myself. I think because of the weather being so nice it has helped, I dread to think what I am going to do when it's pissing down with rain Sad might have to stick with my Body Blitz dvd for bad days like that.
At the moment I am on a high note because I have lost 2lbs and even though I still hate a lot of parts of my body I feel a bit more confident now...although that does tend to go when I see someone very slim and pretty LOL.
