Current weight: 14st 2.5lbs

Which means all I have lost from 1st Jan up until 6th Jan is half a sodding pound
I've worked hard all week to the point of being totally exhausted and tired, eaten no bad food and yet I still don't get under the 14st mark which is what I wanted…

What the hell am I doing wrong?

Next weigh in has changed. Just because I am going to be having a few fizzy drinks on Friday and I didn't want that to affect the scales. Will weigh in this Friday.

Not happy. Gone from 13st 13lbs to 14st exactly.

Gained 1lb, how is that possible? I've not eaten any bad food, been to the gym 4 days this week and no had one single treat. Sad
