TEASER'S WEIGH IN 2010-2011

Ok over the years I have been a bit obsessive over weighing myself ! and well get into the habit of weighing myself every couple of days.. or even every day

So going to join this and do it once a week !!

I think on a Saturday - would be best so here goes..

ON Saturday 6th March - I weighed 10 stone exactly !

That was 2lbs on !! Boo x

Have you cheated and weighed yourself? I used to do it all the time...my official weigh in is Saturday but I used to always do it on the Friday

Nop eno cheating this week -

Tomorrow morning is my weigh in day x

Ok didn't cheat this week stayed to having one weigh in ...

The good news is this is probably my last weight in for a couple of weeks until my cast comes off.. and I am able to put 2 feet on the floor...

So this week I was 9st 13lbs.

1lb off ! YAY !!

YAY....WELL DONE MATE seems like we are finally thinking thin.

Well some thing has happened I have managed to put on 2lbs !! how I have no idea...

I am gutted x

I have been eating the same i will fill it in though today xx

Ok the Sausage and Mash would have gained some weight as carbs are the worst, I find that things such as potatoe puts on the most weight. Try and avoid meals with a lot of carbs in, try eating pasta with salad instead, or rice with vegatables for a week and see if that helps?

Yep it is only that Dave is off and well he is cooking ! so can't cook what I want ... but I did do a sneeky and weighed my self this morning and I was 10 stone exactly and well I am pleased with that as I was 10stone 2 last week so happy with that x

I know I am quite chuffed x

I stayed the same - and considering I am on my bum all day and not moving about then that is quite good x

so 10 stone x

Well done mate, see nothing to worry about, just stick to whatever you are doing and it should work until you are back to exercising

So up to 10st 4 ! have no idea what is going wrong x

OK did the wrong thing - and stepped on the scales and I was 10st 5lbs !

WTF !

I may not weigh myself this weekend ! I have put the scales away !

I say put the scales away for a while, no point in depressing yourself over it, you can't get about much so exercise will be limited and the weight won't go down unless you are moving about, keep off your feet until you are better and put the scales away, stick with the healthy eating and see how you go

I am going to have one more weigh on Saturday - as I think I have lost something

Well even if it is a pound better than nothing !! x
