I really don't know if I should weigh myself or not Sad I was going to do it on Saturday morning but then I am thinking that it may ruin my day if I find I have gone up….

No idea if I reached my last goal as I didn't weigh myself but my goal for 2 weeks time is to get back to my usual routine with my eating. I have been having weekends of just pigging out and it's not good.

My goal is to lose 2lbs every week starting from next week. So at the moment I am 12 stone 11lbs. I am using the Daughtry concert as motivation and then by the time the show comes around I want to be down to 12 stone 3lbs.

So my goal for the next few weeks is to lose 8lbs by October 13th - The only thing I am worried about is the weekends. I tend to eat what I want and can't stop pigging out on junk food, really need to get a grip on this and then I should be okay. Going to try hitting the Gym 5 days a week for the following weeks and see if I have any change.

I have a goal of losing 2lbs each week. I am currently weighing 13 st 9lbs and now that we have another gig to attend on February 11th, I would like to weigh at 12 st 13lbs by then.

My goal at the moment is to fit into size 14 jeans and not have them be 'tight' on me. I wore them at Roadhouse in April and they were comfortable.
If I get into them by the end of July then I am going to be happy.
