My goal for this week is to lose 2lbs...I would love to lose more but am being realistic and not getting ahead of myself.

My main goal is to get down to 10 stone 6lbs and be a size 14 to 16. Very Happy

Well my goal is to lose 2lbs this week. Im down to 13 Stone 11lbs at the moment, I lost 3lbs last week which was great…also very weird as I didn't exercise, But want to be realistic and hope that those 2lbs can come off…I did the bad thing and weighed myself already this morning and I haven't lost anything yet so Im really not happy since I have exercised on Monday and Tuesday. My eating is perfect so I don't know why it's not working yet? I need someone to take the scales away from me for a whole month and then make sure I am good with my exercising and eating for that whole month. Chances of that happening are very slim….which is more then I can say for me lmao

Maybe a good idea to hide the scales for a couple of weeks I can't stand on mine at the moment so they are sitting there in the bathroom! gathering dust !! Smile

Well I weighed myself on Sunday morning before eating anything. I was 13 stone 8lbs Very Happy I lost 3lbs last week when my goal was to lose 2lbs, so that’s a good thing. Although on that Sunday I did eat some chocolate and have a few carbs so not sure what I weigh this morning. I have put my scales aside and will weigh myself again on Saturday morning. I normally set myself a goal of 2lbs but this week I will set my goal to 1lb, just because if it's anything over that then I will be happy. Realistically we should only lose 2lbs each week anyhow to keep the weight off.
ROOTING FOR 1LB LOWER…COME ON!!!! Razz

My goal for this week is to lose 2lbs. I didn't lose any weight last week and I know the reason why, or at least I am hoping that is the reason why my weight hasn't gone down. I have been exercising 4 times each week, I even had an 80 minute walk on Saturday which I never do, so I really really hope that I lose at least 2lbs, I guess if I am honest if the scales say I am still 13 Stone 8lbs I wouldn't be that disheartened just because I know I haven't gained any.
2LBS THIS WEEK…PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE !!!!!!!!!!!

I want to lose 2lbs this week. If I lose only a pound then fine but ideally I would LOVE it if I lost those 2lbs, just because I have been so good, no crisps, chocolate, alcohol, Carbs etc, my eating has been good, if anything I haven't eaten enough.

Considering that I am not going to be weighing myself for 2 weeks I hope on the 3rd week that I will have a good result, my goal would be to get to exactly 13 Stone….if I get there then I will be really really happy. In that time I should only be bad once and that’s tomorrow when I am out with a friend for a show other then that I won't be having any Alcohol of junk food. Really want this weight to just go

Well it was only the first day to set my goal and I failed…Sad I went for my walk as normal but didn't bother with my body blitx dvd Sad so frustrating that I seemed to have lost my motivation. I need something that will kick my butt because the whole walking thing is starting to get old and boring.

My goal this week is to try and not be so damn hard on myself, so far this week I have been really mentally pushing myself more then I should. I have just had 2 co-workers compliment me, one saying I looked well and the other asking if I had lost weight because I looked really good, oddly enough these comments don't pick me up as much as I thought they would.
I will not weigh myself again this week, but I will stick to my walking and I will try to do some of my body blitz dvd or my Wii fit, I think if I change things around a bit I won't find it so tedious.

It really is. It's very energetic and you have to be in the right mood to want to do it. The warm up annoys me and I refuse to do that one again, going to get this Tai Bo workout dvd, I need it to sort my arms out, then do my walking for my hips and thighs and then my body blitz for my abs and stretches Very Happy I just need to put all that onto one dvd and then I won't have to keep bloody changing dvds Very Happy

I was hoping that my goal would be to lose 50lbs by the middle of September…unfortunately I don't see that happening now Mad . It would mean losing 2lbs each week and I can't even seem to get 1 frigging pound off Evil or Very Mad . So frustrating since I work out everyday. I know I haven't had my official weigh in yet but I'm really hoping that 2lbs would have been gone this week, very much doubt it though. The only good thing is that my size 16 trousers seem to still be fitting me perfectly. Smile

Well I did lose those 2lbs but this was before my back condition played up again so god knows how much I weigh now. I won't be having an official weigh in for 1 month so my next weigh in will probably have to be the morning of the Bon Jovi concert, I guess I can use that as a goal. I won't be setting myself any little goals such as 2lbs off this week etc, I'm just going to try and exercise for an hour everyday, eat right and hope to god that by the time the Bon Jovi show comes around I will be a little happier with the results Question If I'm not then I think I will just break down and smack someone lol probably myself Very Happy
Im desperate to get a Treadmill and have been looking into one as I find jogging on the spot really annoying.

My goal for the next few weeks is to lose 4lbs. Not in one week of course lol that’s impossible for me since my body doesn't want to lose anymore then 1 friggin pound at the moment. The Bon Jovi gig is on the 25th June, so I will give myself my last weigh in most likely on the 19th June. I hope by then that I will have lost 4lbs. That gives me two weeks to kick my own butt. I am not doing my 1 hour of Walking after work as the Weather sucks at the moment.

So….
Current Weight: 13st 1lb
Goal Weight: 12st 11lb - my god that still seems unreachable Sad and seems I still have a loooooonnnnggg way to go to reach my goal Sad

Well I managed to get to my goal before the Bon Jovi gig, but I am so annoyed at myself for putting all that effort in and then ruining it by eating junk the following week Sad

My goal is in 3 weeks (24th July) and I guess I will hope to be 12 stone 10lbs, only because I need to push myself after putting 5lbs back on. I doubt I will get to that weight but I need to try. If only I could get up at 6am and workout, never seems to happen though…I guess that can also be my goal.
