13 stone 2lbs - Only 1lb gain.....WOOHOOOO thank god...no weigh in now until Bon Jovi and fingers crossed I have a good result, Im really going to put a lot of effort into my workout ...I have to.

Ok, so I cheated as well Couldn't resist, since I had been working extra hard this week and really needed to know if my goal of trying to lose 4lbs in 2-3 weeks was reachable....

4LBS LOSS THIS WEEK
I never expected to lose that in just 1 week, thats the most I have lost in ages....

WAS - 13 stone 1 pound
NOW - 12 stone 11 pounds never thought I would reach the 12 stone mark at all






Also did my measurements and I have lost another 4 inches from my body

Forgot to do my measurements though, whoops! Will have to do that next week as I am not weighing myself this week, too much alcohol and too much junk food at the weekend = BAD WEIGH IN lmao

I'm sorry to say that unfortunately I am back up to 13 stone 1 pound I am so annoyed with myself because I should have kept it up, feels like those last 3 weeks of working my butt off were pointless now!

I had a bad day yesterday and am trying to make up for it from now on. I really have to lose those 5lbs again and even more. I joined the www.startyourdiet.com site and am hoping that will help. I am going to cut out all snacks and only drink 3 cups of Tea a day. I have switched to Semi Skimmed Milk and brought my own breakfast and lunch in today so I am not tempted to go to our canteen for anything other then Tea.

When I get home I am going to get my Tae Bo dvd out and Perfect fit and do that to shift this weight…..no more fun weekends for me now with eating bad!

I did the bad thing and weighed myself again this morning, lost 3lbs back to 12 stone 12 pounds, so just gotta get rid of 2lbs and I will be back to where I was last week…my god, UP, DOWN, UP, DOWN

38lbs to lose and I would have reached my goal Back to 12 Stone 10 pounds thank god but really need to get the rest of this weight off

It would have gone up by now I have a feeling that I will have gained a lot since the past week I have just been eating what I want and have had no exercise.

Dreading the weigh in tomorrow

Didn't have a chance to post my weigh in as I left for Didcot straight after work on Friday - Down 3lbs so now

12 stone 8lbs

Also lost 3 inches - 2 from my waist and 1 from my stomach - it's probably gone up again since the weekend has been full of bad stuff

Most likely the scales would break if I stood on them now feel like I have gained a lot back so not holding out much hope of being less then 12 stone 8lbs….if I had a rough guess I think I would weigh around 13 stone 8lbs now….will try and weigh myself on Saturday morning…but then again I may not lol

I was up by 2lbs - 12 stone 10lbs - this was my last weigh in before my weeks holiday
So with that in mind, my weight would have gone up a lot since then. I won't be weighing myself yet, might on Saturday morning but then may decide to weigh in 2 weeks from now.

I will just see how I feel on Saturday morning.

I did my weigh in this morning, I have stayed the same since I last weighed myself which was about 2 weeks ago

Hope to get down to 12 stone 3lbs by the Daughtry gig - don't see that happening though

Right I went to the gym 3 times last week for about 40 minutes and for some reason I am back up and now weigh

13 stone 3lbs

Only reason I can think of is TOM

So today I started Slimming World and I an determined to get it done this week. Don't want those scales to go up anymore.

Won't bother with a goal and any loss this week is a good thing...

Inches have appeared on my body again, so I am really unhappy with that.

Waist - 42 inches
Stomach - 37 inches

These two are the only ones I was concerned with so will update any changes at the end of the week.

Not looking forward to it. Am off to the gym today after work and then I will have a light dinner once I get home.
Really hoping for some kind of good result, I don't want to get higher then 13 stone 3lbs - if I do then I am coming off Slimming World and going back to my own thing again.
