Well I lost a pound... and well the bouncing on the scales between the figures adds to next weeks total I suppose... I want to get back to fitness that is all I care about now - I am fed up now with being ill xxx

Feeling down in the dumps about all kinds of stuff....

I can't do anything i have no energy

And I know there are loads of people worse off than me - But I just feel that I need to move and get going again - but I need my body to fight this thing Sad
