I've started my walking already but only did under 4 miles on Sunday and Monday.

This Saturday I will up it and do about 6 miles then have my chill day on Sunday.

I have a plan to do 12 miles on Saturday. I have the route sorted already so lets hope the rain can stay off me since the whole of my training in 2011 was done in the rain, dull weather. Mad

I missed my walk this weekend, the cold weather just wasn't making me feel like I wanted to go for a walk.

I want to keep doing the 12-15 mile walk so I get a good training session done at the weekend and plus the longer I am outdoors the less I am indoors snacking lol. Just wish the weather was warmer.

Considering that around this time last year we were doing a 3 mile walk still - you doing 6 miles and me doing 10-12 we are still ahead of ourselves Wink
