Hello - this is my diary Smile

At the moment I am 10 stone ! well I have gone up a bit Sad which is starting to pee me off !

Anyway in 3 years I have lost 8 stone ... Smile and gone from a size 22 to a size 12...

I will type more when I get a mo Smile x

Hello well it is 8th March and I have been good today
Breakfast had cereal - and a glass of Orange juice
Break - Apple
Lunch - Beans on Toast
Snack - Yoghurt
Dinner - Pasta with Pesto

And a litre of Water - and 2 diet cokes..

x

I did 30 minutes on step and 100 sit ups Wink x

Break - Apple and a Skinny Cow hot chocolate - (40 cals)
Lunch - Slimfast shake with banana
Snack - Yoghurt
Dinner - Burger, salad and jacket potato

And a litre of Water - and 2 diet cokes..

x

I did 30 - 50 sit ups x

Ok today 10th March - its been a bit of a weird day ! what with finding out I will have an operation NEXT WEEK !!! feel like I need to stuff my face !! PLEASE STOP ME !!

Anyway Been really good and haven't had anything that I shouldn't well I don't think I have !!

Today so far !!
Breakfast had cereal - and water
Break - I had a cereal Bar today
Lunch - Crackers and Cucumber
Snack - Yoghurt
Dinner - Salad big pile of it !! will be hungry later but I had to have it early as I was hungry ! x

And a litre of Water - and 1 diet coke..

I can't do with out my one diet coke a day - as I get a headache otherwise... I don't drink tea or coffee so it is the only thing that keeps me going Smile

I am suffering today as I a have a big fat belly because of the dreaded monthly coming and that has giving me a pig horrible headache - so I have eaten a little bit more than usual as it gets rid of the headache but no chocolate Smile GO ME !Smile x

Yep really sorry about that...

Have a down week with everything I am eating the same thing - and NOW i am now blowing up like a balloon and well thought as I was not going to step on the scales for a while I would do it now and well gone up 2lbs so now 10stone 1 !! I am dreading this now.. blowing up like a balloon again !

My diary today - for the last couple of days

Well had a bad couple of days - in hospital having my ankle operation so the eating and no exercise.. and everything is dragging me down .. can't smile as the pain is so bad Sad

I'm so sorry hun Sad don't worry lets hope this will be the last time. Try keeping yourself busy and don't let it get you down. I know when you are home that you just want to eat loads of rubbish but come into this forum more and it will perk you up and keep you busy.
Don't think too much about it and just get some films, maybe sit there with some fruit and pick at that. Try working out your upper body, use dumbells at least you will be doing some exercise.
I wouldn't go on the scales until you are back on your feet. Make sure you eat right and you shouldn't put much weight on.

Ok I have been trying to perk myself up got my self a comedy series to watch - loving it Smile and the worst thing Smile yes the worst thing is that the series is still running Wink so I can keep watching it Smile

I don't have dumbbells so can't use them i will wait until tomorrow the other half goes back to work as I hate working out with him here... so will get those cans down and use those Smile

I am doing good today there are 4 Cream eggs in the fridge and I am have left them alone Smile

YAY ME !!

My the ankle is REALLY HURTING !! this morning so I am not moving at all Sad I am taking advice and just sitting here !! Sad x

Well done on resisting the Cream Eggs Smile I would find that too tempting.

I know you want to exercise hun, it won't be long and you will be back to normal and burning those calories. Just keep eating like you have been and when you finally get back to exercising you won't have that much to lose.

I am not liking this heavy feeling and I am eating really nice and healthy !! I could just eat crap but I haven't ! and my trousers are tighter and just every thing is just getting tighter Sad

I am just on a real downer on it ..

And before it is said I know I will be back on my feet soon ! but I have never been able not to do anything ! it sucks ! x

Ok, two days before the weigh in date, cut back on the Water, you might be retaining Water which will obviously make you weigh more, don't eat after 6pm, and instead of eating Crackers, change it to a light small portion of Salad...do that next week and see if you have any results then post them on here to see if it works
