Really going to increase the exercise this week…I want those 2lbs gone so will decrease my food portions as well and see if that helps

Will try NOT to weigh myself until Fri/Sat as I am trying a 'No Carb' diet this week, and I will also be back in the gym from Tuesday to Thursday and will do my DVD's on Monday and Friday.

Hope having no cabohydrates will work because I want a big loss this week. If it's another 2lbs that will be fine but I'll be happier if it's more then that.

I've decided to start noting my eating/exercise habits down again. Only because I have recently been slacking and I feel if I have to post what I do then I may just stick to it.

Today is going to be really hard as I am so, so tired. I have no energy and my eyes are struggling to stay open.

I wish I had kept a note of what I ate and what exercises I did since January 2011 as I was 100% for the entire 3-4 months.

At the moment I am feeling really 'fat' and 'bloated' so am hoping that after a week I should feel a little better.

Since my last post my eating and exercise has just been getting worse. I started swimming but so far have only managed twice a week which I feel isn't going to do much for me. I also need to get back in the gym and do my walking at weekends.

Anyway I am back on the diet plan and I HAVE to stick with it this week since there is a little party at the end of it, there is also my 13.2 mile walk and also next month another night at the Roadhouse which I want to be in shape for.

TT - NO MORE JUNK FOOD!!!!

I should have weighed in at the weekend but I didn't want to see how much I had gained. Will try and get that done this weekend….not going to be happy with the numbers though.

I weighed in last night, decided to go swimming for 45 minutes, do my ab section on my dvd, 50 tricep dips and 10 minutes of hula hooping before I stood on the scales lol.

Current weight is: 12 stone 11.5 pounds :-) - okay so it's a 3.5lb gain but to be honest that is not even close to what I thought I was. I really felt that I have gone up to around the 14 stone mark. So happy I haven't. Have to say that I wasn't convinced and stood on the scales twice just to make sure they were correct :-)

I am going to aim for a loss of 3lbs this week. Might as well aim high :-) I'm at the gym today so going to try and stick with my motivation and get as much of a workout as I possibly can.

It's been my first week back on my diet/exercise routine….can't say it's been 100% but I have eaten mostly healthy food and drank plenty of water. Tuesday was a weird one as I ate well all day and then pigged out when I got home on anything I could find.

Swam 16 laps in 40 minutes the following day to burn it off though. :-)

Lost 2.5lbs this week as well :-)

well, this just isn't good. Haven't posted in months and clearly I lack motivation because I have decided to post here again. I really wish I hadn't stopped exercising because when I stop I feel really bad. I have put on over a stone in weight and now weigh 13 stone 11lbs :-( I'm so ashamed of myself for coming off track and with christmas coming up all the bad food is making it's way to work.

Tomorrow morning I am heading to the gym with my work colleague in the hope that she can kick my butt to help me get back to my exercise routine. I hate early mornings as it is but this is the only thing that has a shot at working. I will post my weight/measurements in the 'weigh in' section.
