TEASER'S EXERCISE ROUTINE 2012
Keep up with the treadmill, I lost most of my weight on that thing.

Well you can speed walk so just do that. It has the same effect as jogging

I managed 6 miles today on the treadmill over 1 hour 30 minutes ...

1 hour of treadmill - 4.2 miles...
and then 50 sit ups
and 50 of those dip things x

I have done an hour and 20 mins on the treadmill 5.1 miles
50 Sit ups and I looked at the you tube videos and did some of those too x

I haven't seen her DVD. I might just stick with my Body Blitz abs section, just because I am past the pain barrier now and don't want to stop because that first week was agony

Just get your health back to normal. No point in struggling with exercise if you are going to risk passing out.
Give it a couple of weeks and you will be back to your usual workout

I am just gutted - I don't need to have this break as I need to lose this other 9lbs !!

That 9lbs will drop off you if you stick with the treadmill in a couple of weeks. Once you are feeling better try a little jog for a minute to speed up your heart rate and that should get a few more lbs off you.

OOOPPs me bad back on the treadmill doing 4.2 miles a night - 30 minutes of step well its all helping ...
Started doing Mel B's Wii game but it keeps crashing - so have to find something else asked Dave to get me the DVD as it looks ok actually but her ABS section kills.... but need more arm stuff as well as they will be on show !! x
