Maybe that's a lesson to be learned then. Don't start back on the exercise until you are 100% better. Sometimes you can feel better but you should always give yourself an extra 2 days to get over an illness just in case.
Do some yoga or Pilates, that's not too much and it will help you to breathe properly. You are still working out and toning at the same time. It's not as high intense as the treadmill.

No I did one my friend gave me - ages ago
I am trying to be good and not do anything but I find my self walking up the stairs just to stretch my legs ! x

Doing a few stretches is fine, just stick with the slow and easy stuff

Yes, but if you go on the treadmill and burn 31,500 calories you would have lost your 9lbs in that week and POOF, you're done

I think i have the will power the amount of times that I went for the fridge today thinking that I shouldn't because of weigh in tomorrow - I just want to start back to some kind of exercise
