I am still doing them 3 times a day if I can Smile but I have been getting bored of them - but have added in a couple more of the dvd exercises... xx

Can't wait to get back on my feet...

I just want to be able to do step with out my ankle hurting ! and well I have decided that when I am back on my feet me and the boys will do a walk around the block as well after they have had their tea... and then I will add more to it too Smile x

When I went for my walk yesterday I was down a really nice street and I saw this Mum on a bike with her 3 kids on theirs….it was so cute because it was like proper family time, do your boys have bikes?

Ciaran won't entertain the thought ! and well Ronan is trying - but we say pedal forward and he keeps going backwards.. Smile

I will try the walking and hopefully we can go on loads of long walks in the coming months - after Dinner ! Smile x burn off those cals Smile x hee hee Smile x

The physio has told me I have to go up and down on a step for 20/30 times ! eek scary but I will do it ...

And keeping up with my Sit ups.. as well 2/3 times aday ! Smile x

Well done mate Very Happy just do what the physio tells you, put NB on or something in the Background and hopefully that will push you even more. Smile Think of the Bon Jovi concert as well and how much fun we will have if you keep improving Smile YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!

Yeah, been there so many times. I don't even think anything motivated me when I felt so down, you just have to remember how well you have done and how you don't want to get back to what you were before. I have to be in the right frame of mind to exercise otherwise I can't be bothered.
It's just because you are not doing much at the moment, you will pick yourself back up in no time
