Well had a weigh in this morning .......drum roll lol

13 STONE 3 POUNDS
So 2lbs down this week, I am so friggin happy since I didn't think I would lose any this week, I have also done my measurements and I have lost another inch off my stomach, waist and thighs

If you don't see a weigh in from me for the next 2 weeks, don't panic. I am still keeping up with the diet and exercise but for personal reasons, I won't be weighing myself. I am going to continue with what I have been doing but I think being away from the scales for a couple of weeks will be good for me. I have a night out on Saturday and a lot of alcohol will be about so there is no point in weighing myself the following week either.
I am hoping for a good result after that time. KEEP EVERYTHING CROSSED

I really hope so. This week I will stick with my walking, then next week I will do my walking plus my Abs workout and see if I get to 13 stone exactly…If I do I will be so happy. If I don't….well I will sulk LOL

Lol, I'm very tempted too now, I need another canvas and I think that would make a good one Although I can hardly imagine I would manage to work out with that photo staring at me
I have decided that there is no weigh in day for me this weekend. Was very tempted to, but since I had so much booze at the weekend, too much bread this week I don't think it would be a good idea. Going to leave it until the 8th May and then fingers crossed I will be happy with the result, I don't want to have to put that Ticker marker back a few pounds

I know for 2 weeks that isn't much but it's better then what I thought it would be

Down to 13 STONE 1LB....Now to get rid of that annoying 1 pound

yeah, I'm pleased, but scales are going away for a month now, no official weigh in again until 12th June, had another muscle spasm in my back so Im in agony and yet again I can't exercise, so will have to look into different exercises to do for my back and see how I go

I have had a change of heart, am doing the unthinkable and weighing myself on Saturday morning and will post it on here even if it has gone up...which it will have since my last weigh in
But I need to keep track of how I am doing and I'm finding NOT weighing myself hard to figure out what helps my weight loss .....Moment of truth in a few days

Good luck but why don't we make a deal with each other and then - use this weekend as the last weekend we weigh until the weekend before Jovi ? xx
