Really not happy -
Up to 13 stone 7lbs Sad

I know how it happened and I am going to make sure it doesn't happen again.

No more alcohol until the 3rd December now - thats when I have another long weekend so will try and be good but it won't last lol

Am currently eating my porriage with honey and will be heading to the gym after work...need to bump up my running as much as I can. Will head home to attempt the core workout of my body blitz dvd - will need all the luck I can get today Sad

taking forever...but since the new year started I have lost 6.5lbs...really wanted another 2lbs off this week to bring me down to 13 st 4lbs but doubt that is going to happen.

Weigh in tomorrow Sad

- Scared that I have put on weight or not lost a lot. If I lose only 1lb then I will still be upset as I want to try and keep aiming for 2lbs a week up until the walk.

Last week I stayed the same but that TOM could have had something to do with it so I don't know if it's going to go up or down tomorrow.

Really hope it's gone down….

Well I know for a fact that my last weigh in is going to be miles better then the one I am going to have this week.

I am thinking I should have weighed in at the weekend so I may do it tonight when I get home - not the best move since I usually do it in the morning but I may as well start ASAP. I'll post it on here - if it's not too shameful - and then weigh in on Saturday morning.
