I've basically ordered tons of junk and most of it has the highest calories LOL

You should still do your treat day like usual. It's not done you any harm so far. I really should have a treat one day a week but I just thought I might as well just eat healthy for a month and then as long as I was good then I deserved a treat

I finally had my junk food day.....not worth it at all. I ate way too much and felt like hell this morning. Luckily I don't feel bloated and I'll be heading to the gym after work. Won't be getting that much junk again.

Well I've not been very good with my food this past weekend. I feel bad because I didn't do any walking either due to the snow and cold weather. Today I'm feeling tired still and uncomfortable because of that TOM. My back is hurting because of that and I'm constantly having hot flushes. I hate, hate, hate TOM and I feel as though I just want to take the whole week off. I'm not looking forward to the gym at all, it's going to be hard.

The gym is hard but the cross trainer is the thing that's killing me. I started at 3 minutes on level 5 and I'm now doing 5 minutes so next week I will up it again or up the level. The constant munchies are annoying me.

I'm now drinking my first can of Relentless in over a month. With 52g of sugar it's really not the best thing to drink but I am so tired I need to wake up.

Weekends not doing too well. It's too cold to go walking at weekends. I also eat whatever I want.

During the week it's fine. I eat healthy and have still been going to the gym 4 days a week.

I have decided that I am going to weigh in on Thursday morning. I need to know how much I weigh because I have to get back on track. Won't do my measurements until next month.

I'm currently having a bad month. I did so well in January but it seems that the depression has taken over. To make matters worse I've just been on annual leave for a week and suffered with a sore throat and a cough that seems to linger.
I was going to head to the gym tonight and get back on track but this cough is making it hard.

I may just wait for this cough to go and get back on track next week....hoping the cough will be gone by then.

I need to get back on track, I've put on more weight so it's pretty much like all my hard work in January was a waste of time.

I did a weigh in this morning and I'll also do my measurements again

Suffering with a chest infection at the moment Sad Feeling really drained and I really want to get to the gym or do some sort of workout but it's like my body doesn't want to Mad

Just got back from doctors, now on antibiotics for a chest infection. Seems that my breathing is quite 'uncomfortable' and my blood pressure is also high.

No exercise tonight, I'm going home, having a bath and eating soup in front of the TV. My whole body is aching and I feel as though I could sleep forever.

Will try and get back on the treadmill tomorrow afterwork as I don't want to quit the exercise this week.

Decided to pop in and update this since I haven't been onto this forum in a while.

Since my last post I was ill for just over a month and the antibiotics I was on weren't working. My chest infection made it difficult for me to exercise and my eating went downhill as well. As of the 12th March I have been eating healthy and attended the gym 4 times a week plus I've been trying to do my training walks at weekends too.

I've managed to lose 8lbs and a few inches since 12th March but I want to get rid of some more weight. I'm not having any junk food days and have only had the odd chocolate on a weekend.

The reason why I haven't updated this on a daily basis was because I wanted to try and forget that I was on a diet. Filling this forum in everyday just kept reminding me how far I had to go and how much weight I still had to lose.

I will try and update this every so often but I have been making a note of my eating and exercise routine.

Fingers crossed I can get this weight off by October ;-)

Ok back to it. Funny how my last post mentions being ill with a chest infection, only shortly after that post I had another muscle spasm in my lower back which meant I could barely walk let alone exercise. I was housebound for 3 weeks, no work, no exercise and pain medication didn't work at all.
Thankfully I got to a physiotherapist who helped me out. Never want to go through that pain again that was awful and having your parents help you walk and stand up is hard to take in Crying or Very sad

Hoping my back holds out as I need to lose this weight - not happy!!!

Current weight: 13st 8lbs - somehow managed to lose 1lb last week, no idea how. Weigh in again on Sat morning.

Since my last post I gained 3lbs and went up to 13st 11lbs - bloody Slim Fast, that stuff didn't work for me, I felt dizzy, tired and was bloody moody.

I signed up to Weight Watchers online a few days ago, my plan starts tomorrow and I am going to try and post on their message board to help me through it.

The one thing I am finding hard to take in is my skimmed milk allowance. Most of my milk intake is more then 1/2 a pint because I drink a lot of tea. That's going to have to stop.
