True. I didn't really think of it like that. I guess it will feel good to say I've lost half a stone on my next weigh in. I've got to eat less of those noodles though, I'm becoming addicted lol
I was at the gym again yesterday doing my ususal routine, my gym buddy decided to join me as well which made things a bit better. I will need to change my routine and spend more time in the gym, going to have a think of what I can do.

Maybe you should try somethng else than noodles ? try having a bigger lunch then you work that off at the gym and then lighter dinner ? x

No, I've tried that before and I couldn't figure out what to eat for lunch at work. It's better that I have a lighter lunch and bigger dinner because the food at my work canteen isn't the healthiest and it saves me having to keep bringing tons of food to work.

I am actually going to miss having my bigger lunch when I am back at work ..... I am hoping that is going to be a help as I am not exercising I need to do something x

Weigh in tomorrow and I am trying to cut down my portion sizes today for that reason. I'm still feeling huge, especially my lower half and I just have to keep reminding myself that it's not even been a month yet and I have to be patient

I'm trying, you know we are always so hard on ourselves and I swear it's harder to lose it this time around. My weight is constantly up and down like a yo-yo. I would just be really gutted to not lose much this week. At least I haven't cheated with any bad food so if I don't lose anything or gain weight then I guess I can still feel proud that no bad food has touched my lips and I've exercised still.

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong but this weight doesn't seem to be coming off as fast as I was hoping. It's gone from losing 3lbs to losing 2lbs to gaining 1lb. Wth????
Looks like I am going to have to change a few things, this is what I am hoping to do
1- Drink water
2 - use hula hoop after work
3 - skip for a few moments at gym
4 - get more protein in my diet
5 - stop weighing myself on a Friday (scales don't like me on this day)
Lets hope the above works for next weigh in.

I am hoping to stick with the plan I listed above, not sure I can stick to the drinking water though. I don't tend to like it anymore and find that it makes me a tad bloated

I could probably drink that in a day but I used to drink 1.5 litres of it every day.

Went to the gym again after work yesterday. Just eaten Pea and Mint soup - really nice
I've ordered my films for my junk food day, which I can't wait for. I've got Harry Potter, Pirates of the Caribbian (sp?), Stand By Me, Rise of Planet of the Apes plus a couple more that I have dug out including Free Willy

Planet of the apes is ok - the first bit where the monkey is really cute and then you don't want him when he grows up freaky looking

I have a feeling that I will be feeling so guilty after my treat day on Sunday. I've been really good with my diet and exercise but I've been craving a lot of sugar lately so feel the need to dive into a massive cupcake lol
If I stick with my diet up until Saturday then Sunday enjoy my treats then I know that I will be back in the gym on the Monday after work and can burn it off. I won't weigh in for two weeks though because I will regret it.

You should look for sweet treats but with not alot of calories so you can not feel bad
