I'm so bad, I haven't exercised since last Monday Rolling Eyes not good at all.
I've lost my motivation and need a good kick up the butt. Will really have to try and get some toning exercises done tonight because I am getting lazy Sad

Ok so I haven't been posting everyday like before and the reason is because I have just been so bad this week, with food and exercise. Last night was when I just ate Chips (twice in one day) plus a big bowl of Salted popcorn…I just know that I have gained a lot of my weight back and I wouldn't be surprised if I have gone back up to the 13 stone 5lbs mark Sad I am going to weigh myself tomorrow morning, note it down and hope to god that I can get my butt kicked.
I'm off to the Gym at work with a friend on Tuesday, so Monday I will try and get one of my dvd's done and I am really hoping that I can get back on track, as this week I am just so tired and I finally realise it may be due to the junk food and no exercise.

Ok, so I had my weigh in….3lbs gain Smile - I am smiling because I hadn't gained 8lbs or more like I felt I had.

I honestly thought I had gone past the 13 stone mark but thankfully I am 12 stone 11 pounds. Now this week I can focus on getting rid of those 3lbs and getting back to feeling healthy and fit again. The whole of last week was just one bad meal after the other, and on top of that no exercise.

The problem will arrive this weekend as I will be in Oxford staying with a work friend and it's cocktail evening so we are making a bunch of alcoholic drinks and then heading out for a night on the town…it should be a messy one. Plus I am staying there for 3 nights, and most likely 3 of those nights will be filled with alcohol.

Just have to stick with my diet plan this week and get back on track.

trust me, thats the only thing keeping me going, if it were up to me and there were no more nights out and no more concerts I would have gotten back to my original weight by now Shocked

Everything went well with the eating and exercise yesterday. I ended up going to the Gym at my workplace for an hour and then went home.

The walk home was a little hard to do after the Gym lol, usually I can speedwalk home but since I went on the treadmill (on incline as well) for about 15 minutes my walking pace was slow lmao.
The rest of the time I was on the Rowing Machine, the bike, cross trainer, weights and then did some stretches to cool down. Hoping that my work friend bought her gym kit so we can go again today, if she hasn't I will do my best to go on my own.

My eating has been good too I haven't been snacking on bad things, I have been adding more veg to my meals at work and have been making sure that I am still drinking water. So far there has been no Crisps or Chocolate or bread since Sunday Smile just need to make sure that I stick with it.

Just got back from Oxfordshire, had a fun weekend, too many cocktails and too much junk food.

Friday was a little chilled and we just ended up watching some films and drinking more booze, Saturday we ended up going shopping where I spent more money on clothes and make up. We decided on having a few cocktails early in the afternoon - which was a mistake - mixed a few too many and even though I felt fine, by the time we headed out into the town centre we were pissed as farts lol.
I could tell I was drunk since I was wearing high heels and didn't fall over once Smile Didn't even feel the pain of my shoes - or should I say Sarah's shoes since I nicked hers to wear out!

Felt rough on Sunday though and kept getting woken up by the Cats wanting my attention at 6am. This morning they woke me up 10 minutes before my alarm went off ..little sods!

I didn't stick to my diet as you can probably tell, but stuff it I had fun and I'll be at the Gym tomorrow Smile

Time for an update…
Didn't weigh myself last week for a specific reason. I am weighing in on Friday and will place my results in the 'weigh in' section once it’s done…or if I get a really bad result I may refuse to LOL.

I went to the Gym 3 times again last week, am heading there again tomorrow and going to try and up my routine a little, spend more time on the Treadmill and even try to run this time - don't know how that’s going to work out but I need to burn off some fat as I didn't really watch my eating that much last week. My meals weren't really bad but they weren't great. The weekend I pigged out again so I need to get back onto my usual routine.

Nothing to report apart from the fact that I haven't had a weigh in for almost 3 weeks Sad

This week so far has been okay, my eating has been fine and I managed the Gym yesterday for an hour. Didn't even go once last week so really I should be making up for it this week.
My arms are killing me, I took Linda's advice and did 10 sets of 10 tricep dips with two 5KG dumbells on Monday and then did some more yesterday. I have never felt so much pain in my arms before so I am taking that as a good sign - I hope - I will do the same tonight at the Gym.

Since yesterday was my first day back at the Gym after 1 week of doing nothing I found it hard. I managed to jog a couple of times on the Treadmill but for only 2 minutes. I really need to kick my butt into gear and go a little faster on the Treadmill.

After my week off I am going to try and do my running routine again which means speed walking for 5 minutes, then jogging for 60 seconds, walking for 90 seconds and then repeat for 20 minutes.

The diet has been going downhill recently. All last week I ate nothing but Crisps, Chocolate, Pasties, Ice Cream…junk junk and more junk. I weighed myself before my week off and I had gone up to 12 stone 10lbs - gained 2lbs and was lucky as I thought it would be more.

God knows what I am now, but I think most likely more then 13 stone and that's bad as I don't want to keep going past that weight mark.

I am not feeling very well today, haven't eaten anything so far as I'm just totally drained so been drinking loads of water, had my vitamin tablet, taken my throat sweets and Ibuprofen and drank one cup of warm Tea. I have fruit with me in case I fancy something to eat and might just have some soup at lunch.

I shouldn't, but I am going to try and head to the Gym after work for an hour. Just stick with the Treadmill for 30-40 minutes and then do some weights, go home and get ready to shop at Tesco's for some healthy food.

Hopefully by Saturday this damn cold/flu would have gone.

Not happy…I am still feeling rough and unwell.

Didn't manage to hit the Gym after work - All I ate was Soup, went home and then had a cereal bar. I'm not hungry at all. It's annoying because I went food shopping last night and bought a lot of healthy stuff and now I don't want any of it.

No point in me going to the Gym this week which sucks because I really wanted to get back on track. Will have to start it all next week Sad

Tomorrow is the Sins/Bins night and I can't wait to meet up with everyone again :-) I am really looking forward to getting in the Roadhouse for a meal since all this week I have only eaten small cups of Soup and Cereal bars. I weighed myself on Thursday morning and I had gone up to 12 stone 11lbs - but then that TOM came so I think it might be the reason why I have been feeling heavy/fat.

Just eating soup now, had my apple, clementine and a can of relentless to give me some energy, I stuffed my face full of food on Sunday to soak up the booze from Saturday night.
Was planning on being back in the Gym by today but doesn't look like this cold/cough is going anywhere soon Sad

I have hit the Gym 4 times this week. Today I have a massive sharp pain in my lower stomach, it feels like my pancreas so no gym for me tonight since I could barely even walk to work this morning. I was almost in tears the pain in that bad. If I don't move I am not so bad but I don't know what it is and I hope it goes soon because I can't even cough without it hurting. Crying or Very sad

Feeling so bad about not updating this like I have done before. The whole point of this forum was to get my butt moving and it's just not happening.

Work has not helped at all. It seems when I have plans to head to my gym after work someone does something to annoy me or gives me training (or so they call it that) and I end up getting so stressed that I get headaches and just before I head to the gym isn't a good thing to do when you have a pounding headache. All I wanted to do was go home so, yet again today - all day at work - my eating was brilliant, drank water, ate a cereal bar for breakfast then had a banana, apple and soup for lunch - then as soon as I got home I ate two huge plates full of food Mad No

I had an idea to look back on my eating and exercise plans through this calender to get me back on track. Will have a look and I hope I can get back onto it

Went to the gym yesterday for the first time in weeks. Picked the wrong week though due to TOM isn't that just typical? Am in agony at the moment so hoping this pain passes by the time I finish work and get onto that Treadmill.

Glad I didn't pay out £80.00 for Slimming World...I don't think I will be carrying on with it.

I lost 3lbs this week but I put that down to filling up on vegetables and fruit and exercising for 40 minutes, 3 times a week. I don't need to pay out that much money when I already have a copy of the Slimming World meal plans and list of foods that are free.

I am going to see a Nutritionist at the gym in my workplace sometime within the next week. He has said that it will help and it will be useful - 20% exercise and 80% nutrition is what he says is needed. I am assuming that I am already working out by 20%

He will get a group of 5 of us together and we will sit down to discuss the meals that we should be having and a list of snacks that we can eat.
I tend to be bad at weekends so am going to try and just stick with the healthy stuff during the week.

After looking on the weight chart at work my ideal weight should be around 12 stone 8lbs???? I was a tad confused since online all the charts I have seen have suggested that I should be weighing 10 stone 6lbs Wtf? which one is right?…I may ask one of the gym instructors or look at the chart again because if that's the case then I am only 6lbs from goal? That really isn't right? I still feel fat and uncomfortable…again one of the women in my work canteen said 'You are not still trying to lose weight are you?' when I reached for a banana. I told her I had 2 stone to go and she looked shocked and told me I didn't…still don't understand how everyone is seeing something else when I feel like nelly the elephant Sad

Since my last post I have been to see my nutritionist, Kurt. He was really good at making me realise how my body works with food and I wish that it lasted longer. I wasn't happy with a couple of the girls in my group….they pretty much just didn't look interested and I feel that it was a waste of time them being there.
We got a deal, 5 people in a group and it's only £10.00 each…in all honesty if you ever have a chance to go to a nutritionist I would pay the whole £50 and get a one to one rather then a group meeting just because you can ask all the questions you want and the nutritionist can just base all his ideas on you.

I am currently weiging 13 stone 6lbs, that has been up and down for weeks and normally Monday isn't a workout day for me, but I decided to go yesterday without my gym buddy…for some reason it was easier for me. I just put on my MP3 player and walk/ran for 20 minutes.

Today I really hope to go again as I want to get back down to 12 stone 8lbs again and then I can focus on getting to my goal weight after the new year. I very much doubt that I can lose 12lbs before the new year starts but I am going to try and focus more. I'm not ordering any alcohol this week, I will have a couple of glasses over Christmas but won't go OTT.

Will try and start a Christmas/New Year thread to help others out when it comes to eating and drinking over the holidays. Let's see if I can stay within limiits….
