I don't know about the Weigh in day yet. Not sure if I should do it in 2 weeks or this weekend. I am thinking that looking at the scales and seeing how much I have gone up will give me the boost I need. Guess I will wait and see until Saturday morning.

This week has just dragged me down, last night wasn't good and trying to exercise when you are angry doesn’t help. I have just had enough.

I think I have my mojo back Very Happy I ended up doing a 1 hour 20 minute walk, plus went home and did parts of my body blitz dvd, such as toning my arms and Abs. It's all hurting again so I am taking that as a good sign. I finally don't feel fat anymore so I am hoping I am back on track. Still not weighing myself this Saturday just to be sure, although it is VERY tempting.

Ok I think I am strong enough to resist the scales this week Smile I have finally gotten rid of that fat feeling and am feeling pretty good Smile I hope this feeling can stick since I hated the feeling last week. I have received an email from another work friend asking me for tips on how I lost weight and what I eat, I thought that was really nice because I wasn't expecting it Smile I am looking forward to my walk after work and hope I don't headbutt a ton of insects again Sad damn hot weather makes all the bugs come out!!!

Ok so I didn't really do much exercise over the weekend…I went to IKEA on the Saturday morning and was walking around there for about 2 hours or less, back was killing me but when I got home I tried out my Biggest Loser Wii fit dvd, and after 15 mins that bored me and hurt lol then tried 'My Shape' Wii fit dvd and that was killing me after 15 mins, got sick of the trainer yelling at me lmao.
I did manage Jillian Micheals 30 day Shred dvd yesterday, she almost killed me. I ache a little today but I didn't push myself yesterday so I think if I had I would really be hurting today. I am going to try her dvd for 30 days (if I can keep up with it for that long ) and see if I get any results, I'm worried about getting bored though and changing it but will really try, so from the 3rd May until 1st June, I will try this 30 day shred dvd…hoping it will work.

I'm in a little pain again today, I am thinking that because the exercise I am doing is new I am not used to it. My god Jillian Michaels is a tough one, I nearly gave up again yesterday but pushed through it and completed the 20 mins. It doesn't seem that tough but when you are actually doing it, it really pulls all the muscles in your body, just doing a few push ups is harder then jogging for around 10 minutes. It's really strange how my body can do some things and not others.
I will be heading home and doing the workout again, really hoping that I have lost a few pounds this week. I hate weigh in days Sad unless they give me a good result of course lol

I am :S It's been 2 weeks since the official weigh in. I did weigh myself on Sunday morning to get an idea of my weight before doing the 30 day shred because I needed to know how much (if any) weight I lost or gained of course Sad Will post the result when I'm done.

4 days done of the 30 day shred now 26 to go…my god this is long lol
Had a bit of pain yesterday in my left knee Sad thing was a little swollon and I am shocked I managed to even do the dvd, I pushed myself through it and completed the workout. Rested my knee for the evening and today it's better so at least I can go home and do one more workout before my official weigh in on Saturday…I doubt I have lost any and will probably have gained a few pounds…not good Sad

Sad I think I might have gained which is a shame since I was only 3lbs away from 13 stone exactly. I can't see how I have gained though if I have been eating right and exercising each day which I have done. Im trying to THINK THIN :p

I know I haven't posted in a week, with my back problem I just had no motivation what so ever. I haven't been sticking with my healthy eating which is another reason I haven't posted. I have eaten what I like, when I like. I have been unable to do any exercises and have been sitting on my fat arse all week.

Tomorrow I am back to my healthy eating and exercise routine. I have been looking through my exercise dvd's and trying to make up my own routine but it's hard to write it all down and remember what the bloody move is Mad. I won't be weighing myself for a month anyhow now but I can't wait to get back to my exercise routine...and I never thought I would say that No

Back is better then at the start of the week. The first few days I couldn't even sit down and had to lie on my right side. I am back to work today and so far the back hasn't been too bad, I have eaten well and yesterday I stuck with my diet and exercise too. I managed an hours worth of various exercises, mainly floor work such as stretching and abs, then put in some skipping rope moves with some jogging on the spot and jumping jacks.
I will be getting home and try to work out for an hour, might see if I can do Yoga for 30 minutes and then some cardio for 30 minutes. See how I go when I leave.

I think setting my alarm for 6am is just pointless since I have kept switching it off, I have tried to get up that early so that I can get in some Abs and Arms exercises before work but I just have been so lazy, I really need someone to wake my butt up. I have an idea that might work...just gotta beg my Step Dad to bring my a Tea in the morning so I will wake up Smile see if that works.
I am not looking forward to exercising when I get home, I am just going with the flow today and if I fancy doing the 30 day shred dvd I will, if not I might try some workouts on my Wii Fit, I have all these exercise dvds and am reluctant to do any of them LOL SOMEONE GIVE ME A BIG KICK UP THE BUTT PLEASE!!!!!

Haven't posted on this section in a while. Glad to say that after the bad spell with my back I got back onto the diet/exercise routine after only gaining 1lb Smile This week I have been exercising for 1 hour, I was quite bad over the weekend and ate a KFC lol but haven't eaten that for over a year so it's not too bad. There were too many temptations over the weekend since my family were down from Swindon for the bank holiday so the cakes were out. Mad
I am going to try and continue Claire Sweeney's 'Perfect Fit' dvd this week for an hour a day and see if it helps with anything. I did it for the first time last night for 1 hour and didn't really feel like I had burned loads of calories. I don't know if it's more for toning then cardio but I will stick with it and see how it goes. I am also aiming to get my Treadmill once my new Bed and Wardrobe have been delivered. I can't wait to get back to running again, will be even better to have my Treadmill when the Weather is horrible outside and I want to walk.

So far my diet and exercise routine has been going okay. The weekends are getting more and more tempting though in regards to food. I just want to pig out on those days whilst watching some movies. Thankfully I had my new Bed delivered at the weekend so spent most of Saturday morning putting that together, was too hot to go outside or do my fitness dvd's. Sunday I ate more Cheese then anything, I had a real craving so just stuffed it down. Then ate Bread not long after…ended up feeling so bloated and didn't want to move lol.
During the week I haven't been eating much. Yesterday I got home and exercised for 1 hour and 30 minutes. I wanted to try my Tae Bo dvd as I hadn't used it yet, was quite happy to see that it was only 30 minutes long, but it's high intensity, I moved onto my Perfect Fit dvd right afterwards, and thankfully that’s less cardio and more toning so I managed a full hour. After I workout I am not that hungry and more thirsty so my eating habits in the evenings are not that good.
During last week it was a work friends birthday, we got treated to lunch at a local take away, thankfully I found a healthy option and it was gorgeous. We did end up buying some Ice Creams afterwards too which wasn't such a good idea but since I hardly ever eat the stuff, what harm can it do? None I hope.
I have 3 weeks before the Bon Jovi gig starts and I am hoping to lose 4lbs in 2 weeks. If I carry on with what I am doing then I really hope it will work. I need to be very strict with myself though and not be bad at the weekends. Might take a trip to Ikea this weekend to keep my mind busy and make sure I hide any bad foods. I have shopping to do so will make sure I only buy the good stuff and no junk.

I think I have been beaten up in my sleep Shocked For some strange reason I have bruises on my hips and thigh. I can only put it down to the perfect fit dvd as I can't imagine how I got these from doing Tae Bo since Im on my feet all the time. I might have to get a new Mat. The one I have at the moment is made for the Wii Fit so it's obviously not great to use for any other exercise. I need to find the ones that I had at school because those were a hell of a lot better for exercising.

I'm really wanting to get my Treadmill soon. I think the dvd workouts will only entertain me for so long. I recently bought another workout dvd from Play.com, unfortunately I doubt I will use it much since the instructor is so damn annoying.

I managed 1 hour 30 minutes of exercise again last night. It was really tough though and I think the cutting back on so much food has taken its toll on my body. After doing 30 minutes of Tae Bo, my body just wanted to rest, I struggled with the 1 hours of Perfect Fit even though it's not as hard. Everytime I went to do floor exercises I wanted to stay there Sad I have eaten Grapes for breakfast and I also gotten an Apple and Banana, will try and get some energy from somewhere.

Managed another 1 hour and 30 minutes of exercise again last night. So that’s 3 days this week so far. I have my last lot tonight since I have a delivery coming after work on Friday so might not get a chance to do any workout. I'm hoping I will be able to squeeze some in though once my delivery has turned up but might go on my Wii Fit instead for a bit of a change.

Haven't updated this for about a week so here goes…..

Nothing new to report really, after my 4lbs loss last week I was so happy to have such a high weight loss that I pigged out at the weekend LOL, considering that I have cut back MAJORLY on food for the past 2 weeks or so I think I am entitled to a junk food session Smile I doubt I will be going home to exercise tonight, have managed it since Monday but back is playing up and has been for a few days, I thought the exercising would help but it's not. Going to head home and take a long hot bath to help my muscles, fingers crossed that works. Will then workout Friday, Saturday and Sunday and all the days up until Bon Jovi which is the Friday…doubt I will exercise much that day Razz
