I think it would in a different colour. I need to tone up a bit first before going out in that dress, it's also a tad too short at the back so I would wear quarter length leggins with it and heels.

I'm having such a guilt trip right now. Really not liking the fact that I ate an Easter Egg and a Bakewell Tart yesterday. I threw 4 of the Cream Eggs away because I was just feeling so sick.
The only good thing is that considering the amount of junk food I used to eat at weekends, along with the alcohol, what I ate this weekend was NOTHING compared to that.
My trousers are still loose and I actually don’t feel fat, so I just need to go home and do some exercise to make sure I keep up with things.
As my Sister went into Labour last night I am not really hungry so that’s gonna help me today

My guilt trip has finally gone. I did my exercises as soon as I got home last night and resisted the Cakes that were on my living room table. I actually ended up hiding them underneath so I wasn't looking at them lol.
I am looking forward to my Weigh In on Saturday and really hoping that I have actually lost some weight. Even though the scales told me that I didn't lose any weight last week I feel like I have, my trousers are really loose, I feel healthier, I haven't stopped doing my workout and I don't eat as much rubbish at the weekends anymore. Lets hope I lose about 2lbs this week. I will be happy then.

I think I have pulled a muscle deep in my Chest and through to my back as I am a little uncomfortable today I hope it will go by the time I get home, as I have continued to exercise after work each day this week. I want to try and get a 5 day workout in this week but if I manage 4 then I will still be happy. I'm seeing my little Nephew soon so exercise might be limited that day, I might be able to manage a 40 minute workout before bed lol

Too late Already pushed myself, this week is becoming a nightmare, I had Chest pains (Which have gone), a bad back ( Which has also gone) now I have a headache Just had my dinner so will wait about an hour and then think about my exercises, already done 4 days this week so if I don't do them tonight it's no big deal.

Only 2 more days of doing my workout dvd and I would have done my 5 days worth of exercise this week, gotta get in my 80 minute walk on Saturday though at some point, after weigh in I think might be best, so if I don't like the results I can take a long walk
Really hoping for that 2lb loss this week, I have been so good and I would like that to reflect on the scales. I really need to eat more food though as at the moment I'm not eating near enough to keep my body energized. I will also have a look into taking some Vitamins as well. Really have to start getting more energy.

Well I cheated and weighed myself this morning…I know I shouldn't have but then I am not at all shocked that I did, considering that my trousers have been loose, I feel more fit and healthy so I thought I would have a result this week…but NOPE, I have gone up to 13 stone 6 pounds??? WTF? No junk food, no water and I go UP? I'm so annoyed because I have worked out for 40 minutes, 4 days this week so far and I don't understand what I am doing wrong.
I have decided on writing down my eating and exercise habits and then sending it off for someone to look at so that maybe they can help me and give me advice. I am also going to join www.weightfan.com and see if that will help me because I am determined to get down to that 10 stone mark….doesn't look like I will be hitting my goal by September now

You will do - maybe not September like you want but this will happen - it took me ages to do that jump - from one stone to the next you will do - think of how fab you have done already ? x

I did, Glad to say I am back down to 13 Stone 5 lbs I think because I went back to drinking Water and ate an early breakfast that it helped my body.
I have just this minute finished a 1 hour and 20 minute walk from Brentford to Isleworth Railway Station, I thought I would push myself and go for a stroll whilst the Sun was out, may aswell make the most of it eh?
My Vitamins and CLA arrived when I got back so I had one of my Vitamins and will start the CLA tomorrow and see what the Scales say on Saturday next week

I started taking them today, one after my breakfast and one after my lunch and then I'll take another after dinner and also taken my multivitamin tablet today as well

Ok, made a mistake, you take 4 capsules a day not just 3. One after breakfast, then after mid morning snack, then one at lunch and then one again after dinner I am already struggling to remember to take them :O lol
It's also like taking a horse pill so take a few sips of Water before hand and then put the tablet as far back into your mouth as possible and keep drinking the Water until it goes down.

Cool, let me know how you get on with them, I am hoping I will see a good result this week. Ginny did say that they don't make you lose weight but they help with your decreasing of fat in your body.
Well….I almost lost my Trousers yesterday whilst doing my walk and also this morning coming into work lol that wouldn't have been a pretty site LMAO
I'm still taking my Multivitamins, and my CLA Capsules, although they won't last long so I have to get some more soon, at £9.99 they are going to cost me a fortune, but hey if they work then I won't mind paying that amount of money.
