Did my 1 hour 20 minute walk and also manged to do some toning on my arms and abs last night afterwards. I have just ordered the 'My Wii Coach' dvd. I read the review and heard that it was better then the Wii fit because it doesn't repeat itself and it doesn't include the Wii Board. I also got out my exercise dvds and will have a look through some and see if there is anyway that I can combine certain work outs together.
Feeling more motivated then the last few times so hoping I can stick with it still.

Sad It will get better soon!!!!

I managed my walk again, plus my toning of my arms and abs workout. Although I didn't actually manage that until 9.30, I was aching all over yesterday, had a massive pain in my shoulder after my walk and I have no idea why, so left it a few hours and then did the rest of my workout.
Going to take a walk to Syon Park after work today, as long as the weather holds out. I was lucky that it didn't rain yesterday on my walk, felt a few drops and thought that I would have to go back.
Sun is out at the moment so hopefully it will stay there Smile

So the whole exercising at the weekend wasn't so great, I still managed to do some as you will see in my calender notes, but due to my back pain had to give the exercising a miss on the Sunday Sad
I can say that this morning, my back doesn't seem that bad because my arms are killing me Sad The dvd I did yesterday was painful. The push ups are the worst because it really hurts, I know they say no pain no gain but it's killing me and I don't know if I pulled something. I will do them again tonight but tone those ones down a little and see if there is an easier way to do push ups without hurting myself.

I figured out a way to do the push ups without causing more pain…thankfully as I didn't want to just leave them out. I'm hoping as the days go on that I will find the dvd easier.
My arms and legs are aching so I'm taking that as a good sign that it's toning my muscles up. Either that or I did something wrong and pulled them lol

26 DAYS TO GO Smile not that I am counting or anything Very Happy
Will be glad when this 30 day shred is over, I don't feel that I am burning loads of weight off though. Will find out tomorrow I guess Smile

Well I managed to lose 2lbs and only 1 more pound to go before I hit that 13 stone mark exactly. Unfortunately my back has decided that now it wants to undo all my hard work and stop me exercising Sad Im so friggin annoyed because I have worked so hard to get this far and I finally had a good weigh loss this week and I get another Muscle Spasm
I was carrying a Bookcase and Dvd Cabinate up to my room with my Step dad, didn't think my back would be a problem since it's been okay for a couple of months, all I did was hold part of the Bookcase whilst turning it over and the pain shot through my lower back again, this time from the left side. I felt sick again and dizzy so I had to lie down, my poor step dad had to finish everything on his own.
I didn't manage to do any of my exercises because of what happened, and the only good thing was I happened to be sorting my room out so managed to move my arms quite a bit but that’s the only part of me that has had any exercise now.

As you can see from the Calender Notes, I have gotten back to the Exercise routine this week and I feel better for it, I have more energy and hope that I can keep it up. I have managed to do the 30 day Shred dvd for 20 minutes then managed some added exercises of my own, taken from other various dvd's that I have. The Butt raises and Scissors I can really feel working so hope they show the results as well.

Yeah, you lie on a mat on your back, raise your legs up to the ceiling then with one leg raise it down and then back up and then the other, you can do this slow or fast, I do 20 slow and 20 fast, the fast ones are a killer but they work your lower stomach. When I first started it, I could manage 20 in a row, now I struggle with doing 5 without taking a breather don't know if thats because my muscles are more tense so it's harder but it hurts :O

Didn't do any exercise last night, just couldn't be bothered, got home prepared my meal for today (which I ended up leaving behind anyway) then just sorted out some stuff on my Laptop and gave myself a pedicure…my god I am turning into such a girlie girl Embarassed

Will be heading home tonight and will do one of my exercise dvds, I cheated and got on the scales this morning, lost 2lbs so back to 12 stone 10lbs I think that has given me the kick that I needed to work out, so I am really hoping that when I go home it will stick. Question

Don't congratulate me yet Sad I have done exactly the same thing as I did last weekend, pigged out on junk for 2 days and then did no exercise…I am just ordering my weekly shop now and must make sure I don't buy any junk.

This weekend shouldn't be too bad because I will be busy in Swindon visiting my little Nephew and when I am around that guy I don't even think about food Smile , I do have to go to a BBQ though and I am really trying to get out of eating any burgers.

I am back onto the exercise tonight though, really not looking forward to it since I am going to be trying out my new Tae Bo dvd, I watched some of it the other day and it's intense, I thought the first one was hard, but this one looks like I am going to end up on the floor in a heap :O

I think I managed about 10 minutes of it Claire lol, the thing was hard. I couldn't believe how difficult the moves were, you would have to be a pro at this to get the moves right. I think I will stick with my first Tae Bo dvd and then work my way up…if that ever happens. At the moment I have no energy for anything Sad

Finally managed to get off my butt and do my body blitz dvd last night…I was a little red afterwards but I felt so much better after doing it. Might try and do this one again tonight and then do my Pilates dvd that I bought.

Well I had to use my laptop for a while because my dvd player wasn't working but thankfully now I have a new one I can get loads of exercise dvds. I have a small collection Smile 2 Tae Bo dvds, about 5 Wii exercise games, 2 yoga dvds, 2 pilates dvds, 1 body blitz, 1 perfect fit, 1 30 day shred and probably a couple more lol

Wow, I haven't updated this is over a week. Just goes to show you that my exercise routine has gone completely down the drain. I'm having a 'fat' day today, feeling really bloated and feel that my size 16 trousers are a little tight…the worst thing is that tomorrow is dress down day and I have to get into Jeans :O not going to be good at all Sad

Not done any exercise since Monday last week Sad

Went to the Gym 3 times again last week. I tend to do 10 minutes on the Bike, 5 minutes on the rowing machine, 5 minutes on the cross trainer 10 minutes on the Treadmill, then I do some Weights and Core work, then either end up back on the Treadmill or the Rowing machine. I have been all over the place though with my Core and Arm workouts so need to make sure I do a lot more of them to tone up.

As posted in my diary section - no exercise was done last week. I did a bit of DIY, which consisted of me going up and down the stairs a fair few times but that was pretty much it.

Really have to try and get to the Gym after work today. Since I am not feeling well, I will try 30-40 minutes of speedwalking on the Treadmill and then do some weights.

Keeping fingers crossed that I can get my butt in there today and for the rest of this week. Need to burn off all the bad food that I ate last week Sad

Went to the gym yesterday, did the Couch-to- 5k-run routine which was a 5 minute warm up walk then 1 minute of jogging then 2 minutes of walking and repeat for 20 minutes.
Also managed some boxing for 1 minute which works your arms and abs then did some weights and stretches.

Hoping to do the same after work...if this pain goes Sad

Went to the gym 3 times last week and did my running schedule with a 1 minute session of boxing - doesn't sound like much but it is really hard.

Weighed myself and put on 1lb Sad
Just hoping that it was for a certain reason - will be finding out at the end of this week when I have my next weigh in Embarassed

Really want to get to the gym 3 times this week and get rid of this horrible bloated feeling. Just constantly feeling like I have gained 4 stone Shocked I have put on 2 inches in my stomach and it's amazing how much that can affect how I feel
