I managed to do 2 minutes on the cross trainer again on level 5. That machine is really hard to do especially after running on the treadmill for 20 minutes, doing 50 tricep dips and then going to do 20 thigh lifts with the weights - my god my legs were burning.
I would love to do the same today but the running part was quite hard for me at first as I had no energy.
I've currently got a pain in my chest when I take a deep breath so I think I may have pulled a muscle by my ribs because I've had this pain before

It's died down a bit now but I've had two sharp pains shoot up through my upper back today and it's freaked me out twice. No idea what that is.

It's gone now but was feeling the sharp pain in my chest whilst on the treadmill.
Workout completed: 20 minutes - treadmill, 50 tricep dips, 20 thigh lifts, 2 minutes cross trainer (level 5) and abs DVD

Stupid exercise routines aren't doing bugger all
I might head to the gym today but do a few weights and skipping instead of the treadmill. I don't normally head to the gym anyway on a Friday so may as well do something a little different.
I need to lose something this week even if it's only 1lb

also remember that muscle weighs as well - I would stay away from weights every night and just have a little jog ?? x

It wasn't that much fun to be honest. The weather was rubbish, it was cold and windy then the rain ruined my chance of walking the 12 miles I had planned.
Need to lose 2lbs this week so I can get my half a stone in 1 month goal. Not sure I will but it's worth a try. I also want to do my 12 mile walk this weekend but my hands got so swollen on Saturday and it took a while for them to go down

No. I won't be doing that again. I'll do it on the Sunday since that was the day I weighed in first anyway.

I might have to change my exercise routine a bit. I want to stick with the treadmill but I also want to try and increase time on the cross trainer as that is meant to be really good. I am trying to manage 3 minutes this week then up it to 4 minutes next week. I also need to get back into my hula hoop, that's supposed to tone your hips and waist and it worked for me last time.
