Not feeling energetic at all today the gym was really hard but heres what I managed.
8 minutes - cross trainer - level 5
5 minutes - treadmill - incline 7.0 - speed - 3.3
skipping
20 squats
60 tricep dips
20 - weight lifts
10 minutes - hula hoop
abs dvd
Not the best and to be honest I should have just did my normal routine

tricep dips - 50
cross trainer - 6 mins - level 5
hula hoop - 10 mins

I've not done any exercise since last Tuesday. Was on annual leave and now I've got this annoying cough that won't go

I know what you mean about the cough an not being able to do anything with it

Today hasn't been a good day. I've got a chest infection which isn't shifting. I got down to the gym, got in my kit and started on the treadmill, managed 1.32 minutes before having a coughing fit and walking out.
Despite this I managed the following when I got home. Not what I wanted to do but at least I did something.
12.41 minutes of my body blitz dvd
50 tricep dips
20 lunges with dumbells
40 leg lifts
10 minutes hula hooping.
I really didn't feel good afterwards and couldn't breathe horrid day
