Yes. I do interval training, so walk for 2 minutes then run for 1 minute and then walk for 2, run for 1 and do that for 20 minutes. I don't know how far that is as I've never gone by that and have always just gone by the minutes.Teaser wrote:Do you actually run on the treadmill ??

It's weird because I am actually enjoying the gym at the moment. I like to go down there and work on the different machines. My exercises were really hard yesterday, no idea why since I have been doing the same thing for a few weeks. Most likely it was due to me having no energy.

Couldn't get on the cross trainer as the gym instructor was on it so did some skipping and thigh weights instead

No exercise has been done today. Unless you can call lugging about 8 heavy bags of shopping up the stairs as exercise then I've done a little.
My day just gave me a huge headache and I had enough by the time I was due home so left instantly.
Walking tomorrow though.
Biggest downside to my day was Tesco's being out of Milk Trey chocolates

Walked 11.49 miles this morning. Okay, it wasn't the 12 miles that I wanted but I am pleased I did that as I thought it would be less then 10 miles.
Bad thing was that the weather was shit again, my hips got so sore from the cold, hands swelled up big time, feet felt like they were burnt on the bottom and it felt like I was walking on hot coal for a few miles.
Good thing was that the bath I had when I came home felt amazing
