Dessert - Low Fat yogurt
Exercise - 40 minutes of my body blitz dvd
Drinking - 1.5 litre bottle of water, Tea
My eating wasn't that good yesterday, I think I need to be eating more then I have been. My exercise dvd states that I should eat 7 times a day, I think the reason for this is due to the workout burning off so many calories in the session. I will have to see how my eating goes and try to eat more snacks as I keep cutting these out.

My eating wasn't that good yesterday, I think I need to be eating more then I have been.
