lunch - Low Fat Yogurt
dinner - Chicken Salad
dessert - Low Fat Yogurt

Exercise - 40 Minutes of Body Blitz

Drinks - Tea

Had a nice relaxing bath, headache is gone, back pain is gone and so has chest pains, feeling good Very Happy

Right, haven't done this since Friday so gotta think back...I actually haven't eaten that much over the weekend as I was over in Swindon spending time with my nephew so forgot to eat most of the time

April
3rd - Saturday
breakfast - Cornflakes with Banana
snack - Banana
lunch - None
dinner - Pasta
dessert - None

Exercise - Does walking up and down stairs all day, making cups of tea, doing the washing up, and holding a new born baby count??? Didn't think so lol, then none

Drinks - Tea, Juice

Nope, Sad I think thats why when doing my workout I was close to tears at one point, and I'm not even joking. I really shouldn't have done my dvd but I had a bath and feel better then I did. We were still at my Sisters until early this afternoon, and after sorting their house out, holding Freddie and getting stuff in the car we just didn't think about food really. As soon as I got home though I made myself a Pasta Salad.

lunch - Chicken Wrap
dinner - Pasta, Chicken Salad
dessert - Yogurt

Exercise - 40 minutes Body Blitz dvd....again this dvd really got to me…it was hard to do

Drinks - Tea - I'm not drinking 1.5 litres of Water this week, only to see if it decreases my weight as I know having a lot of fluids can make you heavier. I will be drinking a 50cl bottle of Water tomorrow and for the rest of the week to see how it goes.

Well I think I know why I have most likely gained weight, the bread is one thing that puts my weight on I think, also cheese doesn't help me, so I am staying away from it now and trying something else at work.

Sad I know, I'm really bad, I thought if I didn't eat much then the scales would be kind…b******s weren't though…I think that was my punishment for not eating right Sad

I have eaten well so far today though so will post my notes after dinner tonight Smile I swear I will eat a proper meal after my workout Smile

Exercise - 1 hour 20 minute walk & 40 minutes body blitz dvd

I'm really proud of myself today, I managed a lot of exercise and have eaten well all day, even though there is a bag of Quavers and a Kit Kat bar in my cupboard I haven't eaten them Smile
