Ergh…things have just gone downhill since the weekend Been craving Chips and bad food for the past 3 weeks. Last week wasn't too bad but since Saturday it's just getting worse. I am really trying to make sure that I stick to my food plan at least because I am not doing any exercise at the moment.
I looked for different exercise equipment yesterday and have an Ab toner on the way, I am going to get a skipping rope and also Hula Hoop so that I can tone my body more. I just hope it works.
Can't wait to get paid so I can buy my Treadmill.

Exercise - tried Pilates and think I lasted about 5 minutes, also did some sit ups and crunches
Drinks - tea, 1.5 litre bottle of Water

Been bad and not updated this for a few weeks. Eating has been up and down. Weekends have been full of bad food and the week days have been okay. Can only remember this week so will start it up again from Monday

Haven't updated everyday like I should, all last week I just ate what I wanted. Will start this up again when I can get back on track.
So far I haven't eaten anything. I have a cold so I will just grab some soup at lunch and that will be it for me I think. I will start this again on Monday as I should be better by then and can concentrate more on eating right.

Can't remember what I had to eat on Friday all I know is that it wasn't all healthy. I remember eating chips and a battered sausage and Saturday/Sunday wasn't good either - full of junk food.
At the moment I am really get cravings for bad foods.
This morning I ate a banana but at break I slipped and ate a hobb knobb flap jack bar. I really wanted one so just bought it. Am off to the gym for an hour after work again today and starting my jogging

I was bad yesterday, started off really well but had a flap jack at break time and then went home got biscuits and ate too much bread as well. I'm back at the gym today and will be starting my jogging :-S WISH ME LUCKā¦Its going to be painful lmao

Dinner - Grilled Chicken with Veg
Dessert - Yogurt
Water - Trying to drink 1 litre but they changed the bottles at work so I am unsure if I am actually drinking enough - I buy 2 bottles of Water and each say they have 750ml (my maths suck so no idea if that makes 1 litre)
Exercise - None (Feel guilty)

Lunch - Grilled Chicken with Salad and Cous Cous

Exercise - hoping to get in the gym after work....fingers crossed - I feel heavy and have to start jogging.

I started the Slimming World diet on Monday and so far this is what my meals have been like....

Breakfast - Mullerlight yogurt with a banana
Snack - 2 clementine's
lunch - jacket potatoe with beans
dinner - Chinese stir fry (sprayed with fry light - not oil)
Dessert - fresh blackberries and Strawberries with a banana
Exercise - None
Drinks - Water and Tea
Meal plan for Tuesday - 9.11.10

Can't believe it's December already. I am having to get into action with my meal plans and arrange them ahead of time otherwise I will eat all the bad foods.

Mid morning snack: Mixed fruit
Lunch: Jacket potatoe with beans
Afternoon snack: Apple
Dinner: Lettace with cucumber, onions and pasta
Dessert: None
Drinks: Water and Tea
Exercise: Tried skipping but it is just too hard.
Current weight: 13 stone 4lbs
