Exercise - Walking round IKEA (That counts since I had no breaks ) also did about 15 minutes on my Wii Biggest Loser and 15 minutes on my Wii Shape and then 12 mins of Jogging on Wii Fit, 5 mins boxing,4 mins Hula Hoops
Drinks - 1 bottle of Water, Tea, Juice
